PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
LINCORE® PP FF is a fabric made of LINCORE® roving (commingled flax and PP filaments).
Consolidation is done by heating above melting temperature of PP matrix (180°C-230°C) and applying a low pressure (1-30 bars), before a cooling step under pressure.
The moulding can be realized by : Diaphragm (1 to 8 bars), Thermo compression (10 to 200 bars), Sandwich thermo compression (1 to 5 bars).
